Exploits I Have Found So Far:

Exploits:

**If you have any problems with my steps, email me at neon64phone@gmail.com**

Disable Lightspeed Filter (Chromebooks):
1st. Go to "chrome://settings/clearBrowserData".
2nd. Go to the Advanced tab and select:
- Cookies
- Cached images and files
- Hosted app data, then press delete.
3rd. Sign out of your account (ctrl+shift+q+q) and log back in.
Result: Lightspeed Filter should now be disabled. (Note: This works only on Chromebooks.)

How this exploit works:

Clearing all local data removes any stored filters and resets your session. Here's what happens:

Clearing cached data: Removes stored images, scripts, and files.
Clearing cookies: Logs out and resets stored preferences.
Clearing hosted app data: Deletes stored restrictions applied by the filter.
Logging out and back in: Forces the session to reload without the old restrictions.

Important: This works on locally stored settings but may not work if your school enforces cloud-based policies.

Disable Lightspeed Filter (Windows):
1st. Delete Lightspeed Filter via Windows File Explorer (navigate to the Extensions folder and remove "adkcpkpghahmbopkjchobieckeoaoeem". Note: you can find what user you are by going to chrome://version).
2nd. Clear cache to delay Lightspeed Filter from reinstalling automatically.
Result: This can buy extra time before the filter reappears.

How this exploit works:

By manually removing the extension and clearing cache, the filter is temporarily disabled:

Deleting the extension: Removes Lightspeed Filter from Chrome.
Clearing cache: Prevents the browser from restoring the extension immediately.
Delays automatic reinstallation: Since the extension is removed, it may take time before it reinstalls itself.

Important: This works locally but will not be effective if enforced by Google Admin policies.

Download Cache Destroyer (Unpacked Extension):

Click the Google Drive button below to download the unpacked Cache Destroyer tool. Once downloaded, you can load it in Chrome by following the steps below:

To load the unpacked extension:

  • 1. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
  • 2. Enable Developer mode (top right toggle).
  • 3. Click Load unpacked and select the folder where you extracted the Cache Destroyer files.
  • 4. The extension will now be installed and active in Chrome!
  • WARNING:It **will** sign you out of google webistes too, if the policy stops you from adding new accounts to Google, you won't be able to sign into things like Google Classroom! Though, on the plus side, it helps me view the document and drive from the perspective of whomever clicks it.
